TPO Foundation started a three-year initiative and educational program named CHILDREN ARE YOUR MIRROR aiming to build partnership with various formal and informal educational subjects in order to raise awareness about the significance and advantages of teaching aoput ethic values, peace education and pedagogical-preventive promgrams in peer violence. In this project, dozens of workshops in media pedagogy, psychosocial support for teachers in the fight against stress and burnout as well as gender-sensitive projects oriented to edcational and youth sector have been held. One of the focuses is support for school collectives and building teacher competencies in creating successful communication and cooperation with parents. In October 24, 2017 in Travnik we held the first one day trainning for twelve teachers from primary schools "Edhem Mulabdic" (Opare) and "Nova Bila" (Nova Bila) named: "Communication and individual cooperation of teachers and parents"
TPO Foundation  is planning to hold four more trainings in this Canton aiming to improve cooperation between familys and schools.
